Unable to access WebAdmin after config restore

Hi all,

The default IP of my ASG320 is 192.168.0.1:4444

The default IP of my config file is 10.0.0.1:8192..

once i restore the config file, i could not access 10.0.0.1:8192...
i cant even ping that IP..

i've double confirm on the settings on my notebook and i am very sure it is correct...

i've try connecting via console cable via this below but the putty is not responding to any keystroke.

hooking it up to the monitor yeilds no results too as no IP is shown...

any one has any idea why its like that after restoring the config?

Try restoring with a USB memory stick. Put an unencrypted backup in the root of the stick, insert it into your Astaro, and then reboot the machine. It's always a good idea to allow access via a second interface.
