Dell R310 H700A working?

Hi all together,

since i left my old company and went to my new one, we wanna setup Dell R310 Server (new ones) we have a H700A 512MB Raid-Controller with 2x300GB SAS Hard Drives in it and i wanna know if this controller is recognized.

I only found the "H700" here but no "H700A" but anyway there is no "H700" Controller available for the Server.

Twice we have an Intel ET Quad-Port GigE PCIe x4 Card (should work fine) and a Single-Chip Dual-Port Broadcom BCM5716 Controller (GigE) onboard which should also work as far as i found information..

So can anyone help me with the Controller? I also found only the old v7 HCL and have no clue where to search for.

    if somebody has success with the h700 then the A should also work.  download a free copy of astaro and load it up...let us know in the unofficial HCL THREAD>>[:)]

    thanks for the HCL.
    i only find the H700 Adapter/Integrated/Modular and another Integrated one with diff. subdevice IDs but same vid´s
    nothing about a H700A. so should i think that this doesnt work?

    i dont wanna buy the R310 before i know thats working!

    EDIT #1: Found out that the last Letter stands for the Type of the Controller which is "Adapter" in the Case of H700A (H700 us just the Modelname)
    The v8 HCL tells me all types: H700 Adapter, Integrated and so on...so ill buy it and i think it will work by 99,9% [:)]
