How do I go about upgrading 7.5xx HA-clusters to 8.x

I've got two ASG 7.5xx production HA-clusters, one hot-standby cluster and one active-active cluster I want to upgrade to v8.3 (8.3xx) running on Dell PowerEdge servers.

I've also got a (licenced&supported) virtual HA-hot-standby-cluster in staging/test that runst 7.5xx.

Is there a doc on best practice/best way to do an upgrade this with as little downtime as possible?

Thanks. Sounds like a way to go.

One more question. For a virtual Astaro, would you install the virtual appliance or from iso into a normal vm guest?
