Unable to install lastest version

Hi all, everytime I attempt to install the latest free version of the firewall on my machine, it formats the hard drive, then says installing and then quits with a "failed installation" please reboot. I have the technical information from the failed installation, if anyone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. I have this firewall running fine in my vm environment.

    first:
    make sure you have the latest bios
    2. turn of all unneeded stuff(parallel ports, firewire, sound, etc etc etc.
    3.  make sure raid is off and that sata is set to ide(if possible).
    4.  see if you can turn off video and bios shadowing
    5.  Make sure that onboard video is set to smallest size.

    See if that helps.
