64-bit installation

I bought a new Jetway motherboard JNC9KDL-2700-LF with the Intel Cedar Trail D2700 CPU and 4 GB of RAM, which runs fine and supports VLAN on the two Gigabit-Nics.
But it only take 3 GB because it's a 32bit installation.
I tried to install several times, but never came to the question to install the 64bit version. The Intel specification for the D2700 tell, it's 64 Bit.

Where is the problem to use the full 4 GB of RAM?

  • Just looked at the BIOS. Found nothing to activate 64bit.

There is one note in 'CPU Configuration':  "EMT64  Not supported".
    Is this relevant?

yeppers that means 64 bit support is not available on that board..the cpu has it but apparently the board does not.
