Over the years I’ve build some home firewalls for myself and for my friends, I have no problems with hardware support ... until now.
I have bayed a new ASRock AD525PV3 and this board comes with an atheros AR8151 on-board adapter, and apparently this board is not supported.
I have tried version 8.300, 8.202 and 8.103 but the message is always the same.
bootstrap: interface (Atheros Ethernet controller) ignored because it lacks a name (buggy hw?)
I also have tried some others linux distros (with a newer kernel version) and the adapter are recognized and works without problems.
Anyone can help me on this?
