ASG Software Appliance as RED (Firmware 8.300)

I have just downloaded and installed 8.300 on both my software ASG's.

Till now I have had a Site-2-Site tunnel running between the 2 ASG's. 

Now with the new functionality of configuring one of the ASG's as a RED Device (Branch Office) and have it connected to the main ASG (HQ), I have been trying to set this up and get it running.

The problem I have is with the HQ ASG. 
On the HQ ASG, I enabled the Global Settings in the RED Section.
Next I continued in to the [Server] Client Management Section and clicked on ADD Red.
I gave it a Branch Name, Select ASG as the client type, Tunnel ID: Automatic.
Clicked SAVE.

Now I went back in to the newly created ASG as RED Device. Now I want to change the settings to Transparent Split and entered the relevant details. Clicked SAVE. 

Now I go back in to the ASG as RED config and noticed that none of the updated settings where saved.
Is this a bug?

    This isn't an all-purpose replacement for a site-to-site.  You might want to review the RED information to be sure the advantages and disadvantages fit better than what you've had.

    Now I went back in to the newly created ASG as RED Device. Now I want to change the settings to Transparent Split and entered the relevant details. Clicked SAVE

    You have to download the configurationn file from the HQ device, and upload that into the Branch ASG - you can't configure the Branch separately.
