Does anyone now how to downgrade 8.300 firmware to 8.203 ? We are experiencing big problems here with the new version. [:@]

    So, as you were watching the Live Log, there was nothing logged when you were doing the file download?

    Exactly... I think there is nothing in the log because I can finally open the files... but it's extremely slow. For example, an Excel file which takes maximum 5 seconds to open takes over 1 minute with IPS enabled. [:(]
