FYI, and maybe an artifact of the New Year or something?
On 12/22/2011 I put a 30 day eval license on an existing Astaro unit to demo some AP-30's. I needed the license to allow the wireless devices that weren't covered by their regular license.
Today one of our staff went to check on some unrelated issues, and found the demo license expired. However, as far as I could tell everything was working. Weird.
I looked up the temp license on the Astaro site, and it correctly showed the expiration wasn't scheduled until 1/22/2012.
We generated another demo license and it installed fine - so all is OK now, but maybe something to be on the lookout for...
