No virus up2date / Last check NEVER?

Hi,

running soft ASG 8.203, AD SSO. Pattern download/installation interval is every 15 min.

Since a fewn days dashboard is showing:
Pattern version: 23632
Last check: never  (?)

Up2Date shows:
Current pattern version: 23632
Your patterns are up to date.  (?)

If I switch to manual interval it shows:
Current pattern version: 23632
Latest available pattern version: 23632
Button "Update patterns now" is avilable.

After pushing the button, 
"Pattern installation has been started. This may take a while.
You can refresh this page periodically to check when the process has completed."
but nothing happens. No updates will be installed. All the same...

The Daily Executive Report:
Requests successful 0
Requests failed 0
Pattern updates installed: 0

Several reboots didn't help. Any solutions?

    Do you see anything unusual in the Up2Date logfile?  Does the System log show anything broken?
