Question 3 Nics in one box.

Astaro traditionally hasn't been able to do hardware changes on the fly.  8.2x is a bit better at it, but not perfect.  You may need to reinstall from ISO for Astaro to detect all of your cards.

I wonder if your second Zonet NIC isn't malfunctionning.  Like Scott says, you usually need to do a fresh install for the drivers to be loaded, but you should already have what you need since your other card is a Zonet.

Thinking that the card may have an issue, I have tried one NIC from Linksys same things.

To clear things up each time I change the cards around I run DBAN to wipe the disk and try a re-install, of the most current version, as of Saturady the 5th of November. I am away fromt he box or I would give the version.

I have tried 3 different slots, still not able to see three cards.

My next step if wi remove the sound card, I do not feel that this is needed, 

Next is to swap the Zonet cards and confirm the it can be seen.

To me it is acting like the BOX is not checking for all the plug and play (pray) cards. It is like it needs I swift kick in the motherboard.

If I still am faling next is to reset the Bios, pull battery and let set a day and find the pins to short so it starts fresh.

any other thoughts?

At least I know now for sure that 3 NICs should work....

once i removed the cound card the system was able to see all three nics.

It may have been user error.

I did not notice that I had to "tab" over and then scroll down to see more hardware.

so I am saying that it was a Dumb user.

However the UI has an OK button if it also has "more" button i would not have been so silly and seen the nics the first time.
