Any problem with virtualizing ASG in KVM?

Is there any problems to virtualize ASG 8.202 on Ubuntu 10.10 server 64-bit with KVM ?

I have read a number of threads related to problems when synchronization time via NTP. Is that solved?

Another problems?

Today I am running my Astaro with home license in vmware server which has worked for many years. Now I am looking for an alternative.
Vmware ESXi is not an option since I am planning to install MythTv on the host.

Native KVM support was added in 8.2x (Virtualization: Paravirtualization support for KVM), so you shouldn't have any issues.

Alternative Bare-Metal Hypervisors: ESXi (which is free), MS Hyper-V Server (also free)

Probably; set the NIC up in Astaro as a VLAN NIC.
