How to disable a product after license change?

We had a single appliance running both firewall and web proxy.  Now, we setup two new boxes, and applied the same config to both (obviously changing the IP addresses and such...)  

One box is running only the web proxy, and the other is running the firewall.  

The firewall box shows the web proxy as still being active in Webadmin (green stoplight), but since it no longer is actually licensed for web proxy, Webadmin has the page grayed out and won't let me turn the stoplight to red.

Do you know a way to somehow tell the box to disable the Web proxy, maybe with the "cc" command?  It's simply a cosmetic thing at this point, but I just threw up an ACC box, and it is complaining that the service is "enabled", but not running.

  • Actually, the similar change with the SMTP Proxy does cause unexpected problems.  Have your reseller give you a demo license.  That will enable you to remove the configuration from the HTTP/S Proxy and leave you with a "clean" configuration.
