License update

I need to upgrade my v7 license to v8 bu i only know de license id and i don't know on witch account i create the license. what can i do ?

If it's a home license, you can always create a new account.

Log into My Astaro and upgrade the license in there.

Alternatively, create a new account if it is just a home license.
