ASG220 freezing

Hi all,

our ASG220 with ASG 8.201 is freezing sometimes up - 1 timer / week. The frontpanel does also not reacting. Is this a software or a hardware error ?

@michaelxy: By adding the RAM, you have not only violated the warranty, but the Support Agreement as well. Support won't be able to help you if you need to open up a trouble ticket.

The ASG does now not use the 4 GB Ram in it. It only uses 1 GB and swapping ... - I think they want that I BUY a BIGGER ASG [H]

What must I change, that the ASG will use all the memory ?

(modern smartphones does have 1 GB Ram)
