ASG220 freezing

Hi all,

our ASG220 with ASG 8.201 is freezing sometimes up - 1 timer / week. The frontpanel does also not reacting. Is this a software or a hardware error ?

Hi Michaelxy,

freezing means you have to restart the asg or does this state ends after a few seconds or minutes?

Yes - no pings to any ethx are possible. I have to power down the ASG. Memory is at ~80% and swap at 20%

Hmm, i would try to install 8.201 again and restore your current backup.
I don't think it's a 8.201 bug so I would'nt downgrade.

If it freezes again I would guess it's an hardware error.
