Webadmin access

Hi, I need add the external ip to have access the webadmin. Where i found that in console? Because i don't know why my asg say enter by https://external IP:4444 and not work. And the internal ip niether.

But I don't have a problem with credentials, I can't access to webadmin. It's the same?
When i try enter https://Internal IP:4444 don't respond.
I read in the firewall console say : use https://external IP:4444 but don't work niether, i think because don't have access with external IP

In Management - WebAdmin Settings - General you have to add the remote ip address (or its hostname) that needs to connect. Otherwise you can set Internet or Any (but it is not suggested).
