Ok, I lied. Went ahead and reinstalled from the new ISO. We'll see what else is fixed/broken.
Update:
1) Application Control live logging still broken. Also a bit odd that only non ports 80 and 443 blocks are logged in the Application Control log. Port 80 and 443 blocks are logged in the Web Filtering log. IMO everything that AC blocks should have an entry in the Application Control log for consistency. 2) Empty scheduled reports (https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/53/t/33369) now working. I lied. Will work for a few days, then will be blank again or can be missing data. A reboot seems to fix it again for a few days.

Yes ryanair is coming up fine for me also without any exceptions and the proxy is blocking some ads from doubleclick net on the site as you can see in the screenshot[;)]
My waf is still broken on the dashboard and get errors in system log about database insertion.
