Can't restore backup

Hello everyone,

I wanted to revert my ASL 8.201 to 8.103 (Hyper-V VM) so I did the following:

- Created a backup and saved it to my local machine
- shut down ASL
- create new VM
- Set the new VM NICs mach address to the "old" astaro ones

This thread was automatically locked due to age.

Hi, did you reboot after loading the backup?

Also, the passwords will not be set in the backup if you had set them from the command-line.

- Yes, I rebooted. Several times even.
- No, I didn't setup the passwords before reloading the backups.
