Save Backup

Hi there

I'm trying to save a backup of my machine to another PC. Doing so in the webadmin I get an error message "Could not write to filehandle: No such file or directory". Trying to send the configuration by e-mail doesn't do anything. How can I get a backup off my Astaro?
I had a look at another thread "Wo ist Backup im Filesystem?" unfortunately this didn't help. I couldn't write the file to somewhere where I can pick it up with Winscp or so.
Any ideas

    Let's see if this will get you a backup.  Try doing "backup.plx -o yourfilename.abf" (without quotes) from the shell.  Then you can grab it with WinSCP.


    I will try that As soon As possible. I Kind of Remember that i have already tried something like that. It seems to me that this caused an Error because of permissions . Will try to make Sure.
