    Moved this to the correct forum.  Even in the same forum, please always open a new thread for a new problem.

    If you hve recently purchased a new ASG appliance, please contact your reseller to get the correct license - the software license does not work on ASG hardware.  If this is a used appliance that you want to use with the Home-Use license, search here for instructions on that.
