I have an IBM Server running ASG 8
2 Onboard Nics and a Quad Nic
When I first installed the software Onboards were ETH0 and ETH1 Quad was ETH2 ETH3 ect...
But every time I reboot my Quad Nic renames itself to ETH6 ETH7 ect... If I reboot again same thing.
I see in the boot screen that it says something to the effect " Renaming Interface ETH3 to ETH23 "
Any ideas on this?
PS: As of this morning it also renamed my 2 onbaord NIC's as well from 0 and 1 to 4 and 5
