I can understand the Size Difference causing the 8.201 to download first.
But I feel there should be some Mechanism in place whereby download 8.200 first then qualify to download 8.201
I have to admit when I first looked at it combined with what I see on the forums that there would be 8.200 and 8.201 at one go, I really thought this 8.201 is the way to go as the final GA release, install and you are straight to 8.201.
Then I decided to check the Forum and lucky I did.
It seem even if you click to install 8.201 without 8.200, it will still go ahead.
I received my 8.201 e-mail notification at August 19 2011 at 2:57AM Singapore Time +8 I received my 8.200 e-mail notification at August 19 2011 at 12:25PM Singapore Time +8 NOTE: That 8.201 e-mail notification came again after I get my 8.200 e-mail, within the same minute, hope it is because it sees there is 2 files now and not because there is a re-release of 8.201.
