Swap usage increasing on 8.201

After install of 8.201 I had 0% swap usage.

5 days later swap is up to 6.4% and steadily increasing at about 1.5% a day.

System has 4GB RAM.

Is this expected? Dashboard shows RAM usage at 44%

With the quick update that 8.202 is going to be..and considering the release notes have to even addressed the horrid http proxy I consider 8.2 to be beta right now.
