ASG220 as Softwareappliance - same ethx?

Hi,
have have reanimized one old ASG220 rev1 as an easy lab-machine for testing. It is installed with the ASG Software version. The system works, also the front LCD have reactivate with lcd4linux in runlevel and and and...

But the Networkinterfaces not match the driver eth´s. The eth0 on front is in the system the eth1, eth1 in front is eth3, usw. The eth´s will matching by kernels driver load, right?

How can change them to harmonise? Btw why its different with same Software but only other Licensemodel?

To test without pinging i locate it with this: for NIC in eth0 eth1 eth2 eth3 eth4 eth5 eth6 eth7; do ethtool -p $NIC 5; done

Did you use the hardware version ISO to install?

no, imo software because hardware image abort installing while only 512MB RAM. In Software i get only a warning, but install proccess proceed.
