Hello, I just bought another beautiful running ASG product however this ASG425 has no VGA Port on the back unlike my Asg 525. She's Loud but I'll just upgrade the fans later. Ram is now 4gigs but 32bit shows only 2.7gigs I'll take it anyway.
I did a hardware ISO Blind install so at least I was able to get into the GUI
https://192.168.0.1:4444 ...for another 30 days. I will use my unused home license on this ASG Box however because there's no VGA I can't install software ISO.
I have an old school Com port cables back from the procomm plus days 90's but comm 2 and comm 1 show nothing with hyper terminal 38k 8 n 1.
Do I connect Com two to comm two or Comm two to Ethernet one? Can I even do a software install with HyperT? BIOS is enabled from comm ports no conflicts.
Now, I just want to make a VGA port straight to the board. Has anyone tried this? Will stock Radioshak pin outs match a 425? Not sure what Jumper number either.
If any one can help on how to install the software ISO (w/o taking the hd into another machine as master) it would be greatly appreciated.
