backup import not working

I have a backup from my ASG 110 v.8.101 on my computer which I need to restore. The ASG now has 8.103. It says "import successful", but the backup doesn't appear on the list of available backups.

Help?

I deleted existing backup that had the same date (different time). Then re-imported and it seemed to work.
