[7.510/7.511] won't upgrade behind proxy or acc-cache

The upgrade V8.102 scripts /var/upgrade/functions.sh and /var/upgrade/up_fetch won't respect the settings of a parent proxy or an acc-cache.

Cause of this the wget-command won't fetch the upgrade-files if there is no direct internet connection.

I simply changed a little bit in those two scripts and got it working for my parent-proxy settings. But I won't recommend that to all public users.

    I have exactly the same problem. I want to do an in place upgrade of a 425 cluster.
    So I decided to open a call. The answer was:

    2 options
    1st: connect the cluster to the internet
    2nd: fresh install and config restore

    So I would say the best thing I can do is to stay on v7 ?
