Hi
i want to install Astaro V8 on my HyperV Server (Datacenter R2).....
So here ...i downloaded the latest Astaro Home Edition ....installation success etc...But even as i install the driver.....it fails because there are many dependies on packages missing...(kernel-devel, glib, gcc, kernel-source and especially make....)
then i want to type "yum install..." ...but nothing gone....then i had an idea , to install the missing packages manually...but this will be really frustrating....so now i am here....and asking you:
can i install "yum" btw yast on astaro=? ....This is only an private Project....not productive...
which distribution does astaro take for the v8 ....is it maybe Suse ?????
