Lic expiring

Unfortunately fixing split-expiration home licenses seems to be a manual process that can only be done by a few people at Astaro, so there really isn't anything that you could do as an end-user.  

These split-expiration licenses came into being when Astaro moved from the old to the new licensing scheme last year and people upgraded an existing license.  Given that the number of active users affected appears to be limited and any new licenses created under the new scheme won't be affected, over time the issue will go away.  

An option Astaro has is to query the database for any currently existing split-expiration home licenses and proactively change them before the users notice, but the changed license would still need to be downloaded and applied by the user.

This too just happened to me and now network security, web app and wireless security have all expired. Is creating a whole new account the preferred method to resolve this or is there a way to get our current license file corrected?

For me the expiration was 7/2/2011 and I'm a little bummed to see this slip through both Astaro cracks and my own eyes but I hope to find a way to resolve this.

Again, home license that was pre July 2010, all other licensed products expire near the end of 2012 so I can't renew yet.

Any official word on what we should all be doing to renew/create for these?
