Hi just installed astaro gateway v8

Hi

I've searched, here but I cannot find my answer. Today I've installed astaro, the ip is 192.168.1.1(:4444 and https)

How to log into webadmin part? Does have to be connected to my home network? Remove my linksys, and set the pc there instead?

Eth0 card, I recon is the card that built in the computer, got two other pci card installed.

Yes, the PC that you are trying to connect from has to have connectivity to the interface that you chose during install for WebAdmin. The PC should also have an address in the same subnet as the LAN interface of the Astaro (192.168.1.x). If you have another router/firewall between, like a linksys, it can cause connection issues depending on the configuration.

Is it possible to connect just laptop-> pc with astaro? just to check that everything is ok?

At home I've got it connected today like this :

Home central (incoming fiber) - linksys - switch

change to :

Home central - pc with astaro - switch - linksys ?

And then log in with 192.168.1.1:4444
