User IP Addresses

I have 3 locations
1 ASG 120 V7 Unlimited Users
2 ASG 110 V7 10 Users
3 ASG 110 V7 10 Users

Sites 2 and 3 send me an email saying I've exceeded my User License Limit and is shutting down certain IPs.

All the machines are static and after installing the new ASGs I went to them all to change their IPs to a more uniform range. The License device seems to have all the old and all the new IPs. How do I clear this table in order for it to just include the new IPs?

You'll have to wait. IP's which are no longer in use are automatically cleared after a time (I think it's one week). Either that or do a reinstall. There's no way of quickly clearing IPs to keep people from cheating on license usage count.

I understand. A bit frustrating in a small business application. I will just have to not sell 110s and go for the 120 minimum.

Rylo, you should be able to submit tickets to Astaro Support to have them reset the IP table in a situation like this.
