ASG320 with two different Internet Connections

Hi everbody,

we are running a ASG320 with a normal External/Internal Interface an usual. We want now (if possible) to install a complete new Internet Connection with a seperate Gateway on the NICs 2/3.

Unfortunaly the machine gives an error "only 1 gateway allowed". [[:(]][[:(]]

Is there another way to use a different connection for a special area in our company. We want to seperate this one complete (domain, DNS,DHCP) ???

Thank you in advance for any help on this

cheers
Michael

  • The trick is that you must activate uplink balancing for the two interfaces before you can add the default gateway for the new connection.
