My experience with questions I raised been good [:)], so I will try again!
I am connected to the internet via a Cable Modem. The ISP I am using is not the best, but we are forced to use him. Recently he got problems in his net that causes the modem to reboot quite often, after each re-boot of the Modem I am forced to reboot the ASG as well!
I find this a bit strange, I assumed when the link is back up even if after error then ASG would simple just restore the connection. I have tried under interfaces to do the renew of the lease, but don't help only way is to hit the re-set button under Shutdown/Restart. After the modem is back up in Dashboard > Interface State is = up, Link = Error.
I have tried to find thru log what the Error could mean. but I don't find any information about the Interfaces - perhaps I look the wrong places?
