Upgrade to v8 - Could not connect to FTP Server

Hello,

i'm currently running a ASG 220 with v7.5.10 and want to upgrade to v8 
using webmin. i start with initiate upgrade und som seconds after i 
click download upgrade i get a pop up saying
"could not connect to ftp server". 
anyone had this issue?
