how to change nic id

Hello Friends !

How do i change NIC id .

there are 3 nic 1st is 3com = eth0 (100mb) 2nd id realtek =eth1 (100mb) 3rd is intel= eth3 giga (1000mb)

i want change intel card to be assign as a eth0
