RED setup

I am trying to setup a branch location using the RED device. My question is about configuration. Since I don't have a good understanding of IP/Subnet, this post may sound crazy to those who do. Neverless I am the one stuck doing it. I am unable to find any documentation to clearly instruct me.
The Main office network has the ASG120. I need for the remote site to be able to not only get on the internet, but also access a specific IP on the main office network (our system with our business software).
How do I configure the ASG120 and the RED to allow this? The ASG120 does the DHCP for the main office and I assume the RED will assign IP's for the branch office. If I tell the RED to assign the same 192.168.0.? series, won't there be a problem? If I don't, how can they access the specific IP at the main office?
Really confused. Any help or direction is appreciated.

Unfortunately I have read this and still cannot get the RED up and running. At this point, I simply want to be able to get the network at the RED location to just see the internet. I have tried several things from the manual, including bridging to no avail. Perhaps the problem is with the DSL connection on the RED end. When the installer put the DSL modem in (it is also a static IP, as is the ASG site) , he said I'd have to "point" my router to the static ip address he gave me. Very frustrating... unfortunately ASTARO refuses to help with the initial setup.
