Urgent help needed

Hi,

Really clutching at straws here, but is there anyone on the forum who can generate short-term licenses over the weekend?

Our main ASL server license expired at midnight (the renewal has been paid but we have not had activation keys sent through) and now our company of 5500 users has no internet access.  Our reseller is not available until Monday.

Have logged a platinum support call but as to be expected, Astaro have not returned any emails - cannot get through on the platinum support line as it won't accept any license IDs for *any* boxes we have with platinum and normal switchboard is closed.

Failing that, anyone able to tell me how to get the server to revert to an eval license or give me the *direct* number for support so I can plead our case?

    If you have a backup, you should be able to re-install and restore the backup. That would give you a 30-day demo license.

    Make sure you install the same or newer version, as backup files usually won't work in older versions.
