login to astaro not working

to be able to properly analyze your problem, we need some more information. Please attach a screenshot of the error message you get. Also it would be very helpful if you could describe in short your setup and post the IP address settings of your management workstation.

hi trollvottel thank you for reply.
We have following setup: We use IP range 172.16.0.0 and the astaro is our gateway(172.16.0.1)  My workstation is directly atached to the astaro gateway.
I can ping the gateway.

your setup looks very common, but the error message looks very strange.

Can you please attach a monitor and login to the system directly to retrieve some logs? These are: /var/log/httpd.log, /var/log/packetfilter.log, /var/log/up2date.log, /var/log/confd-debug.log. They contain very important information to be able to assist you.
