ASG on ESXi networkcard passthrough

Hello all,

I have a supermicro server here and running ESXi 4.1 U1. I want to install this 4 port network card.
ASG install in a VM and this network card used as passthrough to ASG.

Board and CPU is possible to use passthrough.

Is this constellation supported by Astaro? 
I think I dont need VMware Tools. thats right?
Who can help me?

    Hmmm, sounds like acpi power button is not working?

    The negative point is that I cant shutdown the VM through vSphere. I have to use the webadmin or vSphere-console.


    And no  its not a acpi problem. Its a ESXi limitation.

    Edit:
    Now with ESXi 4.1 U1 its possible to shutdown trough vSphere.
