Astaro Home License question

I am using a home license for my firewall at home (have been since 2005 or so), and I see its end date is coming, being june 2011...
How can I extend, update, upgrade, renew the home license, to make sure I'm ok after june 2011 and use the firewall as it is working now.
I'd like to integrate the Wireless AP10 in my network, to get rid of the old Linksys which needs a separate network connection on my box, and integrate the wireless configuration in my astaro, but I don't want to buy an AP10 now, and see it is rendered useless after 3 months.

Can anybody tell me how I can renew the home license for another 1-2-3 years?

    Hi,
    it is very easy, though you might have one of the older licences that will need to be to re-issued to use v7.5.7 and later versions.

    In the top right hand corner of this forum there is a MyAstaro Login, go there and upgrade your licence.Download a copy to your PC, then apply it to your ASG.

    You then have an ASG licenced for the next 3 years, using your existing configuration.

    I don't have an option to 'upgrade', though the 'upgrade' link is there in the Licenses Management page, for my Home license.
    When clicking, I just get the info, nothing more, which states the following:

    NetworkSecurity: ON - 02 Jul 2010 - 02 Jul 2011
    WebSecurity: ON - 01 Feb 2007 - 02 Feb 2012
    MailSecurity: ON - 01 Feb 2007 - 02 Feb 2012
    StandardSupport: ON - 02 Jul 2010 - 02 Feb 2012
    WebApplicationSecurity: ON - 02 Jul 2010 - 02 Jul 2011
    WirelessSecurity: ON - 08 Nov 2010 - 02 Jul 2011

    Is there anything I can do, or anyone I can contact?

    This license has been there for over 5 years, and has been upgraded through beta-testing to 100 users and 32000 connections in the past.

    Hi,
    I know I lost my very good licence when upgrades went through. I had to apply for a new licence, but that was before the new process was put in place.

    I will check on the home licence tonight and let you know. 

    Do a search in this forum for licence upgrades.

    I am having a similar situation.  In "My Astaro" under "License Management" my Home Use License will expire on 2/17/2013 however the Subscriptions for Network Security, Web Application Security and Wireless Security will expire on 7/6/2011.  I don't see how to renew these Subscriptions in the licensing portal.  Perhaps I am missing something here.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Keep checking back with this thread JB and Rick.  I let somebody at Astaro know about your license issue and he will probably check in a few days and will need you to PM him information.

    I urgently need a solution for the issue mentioned above as network security and web security is going to expire in a couple of days and i will be traveling and need to keep the system up and running for the remaining home user(s).
