Hardware upgrade on Server running Astaro

Astaro 7.509 installed on a HP machine which is with an onboard card with 4 NIC.
I would like to Upgrade the hardware with additional PCIE network cards.Does the Astaro software recognize the new card or do i need to reinstall it again so Astaro could identify the new hardware ?

if the card is supported it should be recognized in the webadmin after startup.

Hi, if the NIC uses a different driver than the existing NICs, you will need to backup and reinstall.

There's no cli way to make it reload the driver database and rebuild?

Nope. Like Barry said, a reinstall will be needed.
