ASG 8.1 Trying to upload 7.5.04 backup file

When I browse to the 7.504 backup file on my desktop and click 'Start Upload', the button greys out and nothing happens. It just sits there.

I can't get the backup file to import, so I cannot do a restore.

Using IE 8 on Windows 7 x64
