Up2Date Loop

I have been having issues for sometime where I am finding the auisys.plx process sitting at or near 100% CPU util.  I rebooted the server and ran a simulated up2date "auisys.plx --simulation".  Based on the results below it appears that it just goes into an endless loop.  I also noticed that the updates appear to be 7.x.  I am running 8.0.1 so I find this concerning as well.

Can anybody provide any guidance on how to address these issues?

    Correction, I was running 8.100 and just upgraded to 8.102.

    Here we go again, three auisys.plx processes running and CPU pegged at 100%.  I am going to reload 8.102 from CD and restore a backup to see if that resolves this issue.

    I did a reload then I started to have issues with the HTTP proxy where the av engine could not be found or loaded...I forget the exact error but  based on the research I did the issue was usually caused by a bad av definition update.  My definitions were up to date so I just decided to scrap the install and loaded v8.161 (latest beta).  Now here I sit with same original problem, auisys.plx running at 100% again.

    Below is a snipit from my up2date log.  The CPU went to 50% utilization (and stayed there) at approx. 7:30.  As you can see from the logs it downloaded and installed an avira pattern at that time.  This sounds related to the Av\Proxy issue I was having before the rebuild.

    I will continue to troubleshoot this, can anyone provide any assistance or direction?
