Running ASG8.0 on DELL POWEREDGE R415

Has anyone ever tried installing ASG8.0 on a DELL POWEREDGE R415 running 2 x AMD OPTERON with 8Gb of RAM? The CPU I am thinking of using is a AMD OpteronTm 4122, 4C 2.2GHz, 3M L2/6M L3.

    It's the AMD (SR5670 and SP5100) which I do not believe would be a problem.

    Absolute worst case scenario. It fully supports AMD-V Hardware VT with direct I/O so it could be installed in a ESXi VM.
