Running ASG8.0 on DELL POWEREDGE R415

Has anyone ever tried installing ASG8.0 on a DELL POWEREDGE R415 running 2 x AMD OPTERON with 8Gb of RAM? The CPU I am thinking of using is a AMD Opteron

4122, 4C 2.2GHz, 3M L2/6M L3.
