8.102 Update on 110/120 - lost connection

after update to 8.102 on asg 110/120 appliance we lost connection to the box. pppoe connection seems to be down because ping to wan interface is not possible. ACC shows no connection but the version display in acc is updated to 8.102.
The box itself sends the message "Firmware updated to 8.102". This was the last reaction of the box.
