When he posts future release dates, they are based on the information that he has at that time, so are not 100% guarenteed. There are numerous resons why a release date may slip, including new bugs found by the QA team.
8.102 is expected to be released to Up2Date this week. Baring any problems, you should expect 9.510 within a few weeks afterwards.
Your best bet for planning downtime for installation is to wait until 7.510 either shows up as an available update on your Astaro box or is announced at up2date.astaro.com. Then you know for certain that it is out and ready.
