Installation: (Basic System Setup), when you click "Perform basic system setup" the following error occurs:

unknow error

How to proceed? Some procedure to be done via console? Already ran the factory reset several times ...

Are you using a old version of the ASG (pre 7.507)?
If so, this is a known issue explained in this blog post:
Software error in old Astaro versions - update required
