ASG Login incorrect

I am able to login using the Admin Client with the LAN connection.  Using the same super-admin user credentials, I am unable to login directly to the ASG V8.002.

    Hi, and welcome to the Use BB!

    If this is about accessing WebAdmin from somewhere other than the network on the Internal interface, you can add other IPs in 'Management >> WebAdmin Settings' on the 'Access Control' tab.  Did I guess correctly at the issue you're having?

    I have two computers on the network.  One is running ASG as a dedicated machine.  The other computer is connected to it through the LAN interface (eth0) via a switch.  I can log in fine through this computer.

    I have a monitor and keyboard connected to the dedicated ASG machine.  I tried to login directly on that machine using the same credentials and was unable to.  Maybe I am not supposed to login directly to the ASG machine via the connected keyboard?  I am probably not missing any features or need?

    The logins at the console are for root and loginuser.  The passwords for these are set on the 'Shell Access' tab of 'System Settings'.
